My present setup. I used the Pearl 16x22 as my secondary bass drum, added a second floor tom and a secondary piccolo snare drum with snares off, serving as a timbale. Double bass fills sound cleaner this way than when using double pedals but the downside was, I now need 10 mics to record the whole she-bang! I only have 9.
